My desktop used to be full of crap. I get new crap, so I have more crap. Then I wait for several crapping months, than crappily clean up some of the crappy crap on my crappy desktop.

It'd have to be some amazing mix of the latest 3D programs. Definately not photoshopped majorly

It was only done in photoshop. Just photoshop mind you, nothing else.
As for how I did it, it's a lot of filters, applied to a few patterns that I made from other filters... It's actually not that hard to do. Just fiddle around with it.

Hmm, there was chrome, emboss, clouds, lighting effects, lens flare, and a bunch of distort filters. There's probably more that I forgot about though. And the doesn't include layer effects, so, meh.
