Sckor, are you talking about the beacons that don't show up in fog of war? If that's what you mean, then the reason is because doing that removes all preplaced units 3 seconds into the game. Like I said, it's not really practical.

Description:
Disable beacons
Players:
¤ Players you want
Conditions:
¤ Current player commands at least one Beacon of any sort
Actions:
¤ Center location labeled "disable" on beacon of any sort owned by current player
¤ Disable doodad state for beacon of any sort at "disable" owned by current player
¤ Give one beacon of any sort owned by current player to Computer player (that you do not have shared visions with)
¤ Preserve Trigger


A little not#, this means, you must give the beacons owned by the computer player, to the person who you want it to see the disabled beacons.
