No. Kerrigan is not one for idle threats, and she told him to leave, to get out of the whole Zerg mess. But he didn't, so, as much as Kerrigan may regret it, Raynor will die if necesary.

"You know, these days I will be the man you killed you"
Er... what?

One of them was 3D and slightly less units, or 2D and a hugungo amount of units. I chose 3d because I wanna be able to zoom in and watch zealots fight it out
Bah, that would get old after a while. It's not like Blizzard's gonna be making ultra-high-detail 600 polygon Zealots with 40 different attack animations.
And more units=more mapping potential

(remember Alan Schezar?)
What 'bout him?

but... what will happend to the Zerg if Kerrigan dies?
The Zerg survived the loss of their Overmind. They went rampant, yes, but they survived.
And their control eventualy shifted to Kerrigan, the basic 'second in command'.
Duran is, as far as I can see, the new second in command. If the Zerg die, they are his to control.
QUOTE
Then there could be a Dark Dragoon
As I said, Zeratul isn't stupid enough to let himself die.
He knows his priorities, and survival is a high one, that he may use his experience and wisdom to help Artanis lead the Protoss
As for the topic itself; who kils Kerrigan?
We're jumping ahead of ourselves. How do we know whether Kerrigan dies or not at all?
The thing I like about SC is that there are no definite 'good' or 'bad' guys. I'm sure that Blizzard knows that SC fans like this, and will work to keep it that way.
So my belief is that SC2's(and all the other SC's,
except the last) will have the same kind of campaign as SC: You play one, then you play the next campaign, which also takes place next in the storyline, and so on. This leads me to think that there will be four SC's, including BW: the first one starts you with Terran, the next Protoss, the next Zerg, and the next... well, this is what my idea is about.
Then, when you finally get to the last StarCraft in the series, they'll have all the campaigns take-place at the same time; not happening together, but like alternate universes.
So, if you play Zerg, then Kerrigan will kill Duran, and kill the Protoss, and kill the Terrans, and kill just about anything else in the game

If you play Terrans, then you'll be the general of some new group, and you'll slowly grow in power until you rival that of Jim, or Duke, or whoever.
Or something like that. Lol.
As the Protoss, you'll still be where you were, with Jim and his forces as your allies, and you will defeat the Hybrids and Zerg and Terrans(this would be the hardest or second hardest campaign).
If you play the Hybrids, then Duran will kill Kerrigan, see that you were, for your age, one of her best cerebrates, and allow you to help him lead his Hybrids to... whatever goal he has in mind. He never said specificaly that he planned on straight-out killing everyone else, and supposing he's Xel'Naga, that's the last thing he would want to do, as the Xel'Naga seemed to be treating the Protoss like younger brothers.
And then there's the campaigns for whatever new, if any, races there are, of course.
