Not really. More like everything belongs to everybody, and is shared by need. Usually this "sharing" falls to the gov't's control, and this leads to greed, which is the downfall of communism...

Communism is where basically the goverment is run by the workers and made for the workers. But communism only sounds good in theory but a communist goverment can never exsist.

Let's not get into a big political debate, or maybe just make an entire new topic devoted to it.
