I never really did notice this kind of behavior nor he trying to "abuse" me. Sure he made the ocasional flame or two, but he always tended to listen to me and he never took that verbal warn I made to him long ago in a bad manner.

Too bad he didn't see it that way. He didn't like the members of SEN back.

I've seen him post around and he doesn't seem to offend anyone... Though I think an Ipban is a bit harsh. A suspension would be more proper. People change you know. Even killers and rapists get out to have a second chance. Although what he did WAS wrong, I don't see why name calling should be a life long ban.

What about using people.

But IPBan may be alittle harsh....

Lets put it this way then:

He was banned for:
- Excessive negative additude.
- Flaming moderators; you didn't see this stuff.
- Taking advantage of me.
- He wasn't happy here and hated everyone.
- Being a pain to deal with.
- Did not want to change for the better.

Well, all moves on...

I would like to see a snapback on that Chris quote. You click on the post number on the top right corner of the post. It gives you a script prompt, then you say [ snapback ]the number after the equals in the script prompt[ /snapback ]

I didn't reallly notice any bad stuff happening with him either, so mostly out of curiousity I would like to see some good examples of what Chu is talking about.

There is no snapback, it was a private message. If Yoshi wants, he can verify it exists by going into MySQL and checking my inbox. But I don't think he needs to, I think Chris made it clear to him aswell ...



Just to clear things up, Yoshi asked me to tell him what Chris said in response to "Why are you still here?" He made it clear in the PM's before that that he didn't like any of the Staff/Admins and much of the community.


I imagine he was also PM'ing Yoshi or talking to him in IM.

I didn't think of it that way, just Dark Side would be sufficient, but the friendship theme does apply in both cases.

Anger and sadness make people stupid. They're the driving foce to many a stupid thing. Yoshi, although you say he forgot there is another person on the other end, I think you have also forgotten that. If anything, he's going to feel bitter and hated, while simultaneously going to try to posture and act as though he won, to compensate for the wound. I find this judgement a tad harsh, even if he was being manipulative and a jerk, it doesn't make him a great monster as some of the posts on this thread make him out to be. The problem with text is that there is no reading between the lines, you cannot look at their facial expressions, their body language, and their behavior beyond their words.

But do you know if he was not looking for it?

He was cool with me. There are two ways people like him and I can take things... we can respond to the dozens of people who piss us off... or we can just ignore it and focus on the few people who are decent. Although abusing a relationship isn't cool, he probably figured he'd go out with a bang =/

I don't know why mods demand extra respect... you do more work, and that's cool but if you say something incredibly "controversial" you shouldn't think you're immune to critisism.

That is a problem I (and possably many people) have. You put something that in your mind is in a harmless way, but to other people it may look like your just being an ass.
