i became sick yesterday after i took one of my finals (didnt throw up just felt sick to my stomach and a headache.. then this morning my nose started to bleed...
and my computer got viruses like crazy -.-

yoz dude. if you want i can give you norton antivirus, adaware, and zone alarm.
Norton antivirus- Blocks viruses, scanns comp for viruses. gives help on how to delete certain ones. best to run scanns in safe mode, because nothings running so it can MABY delete viruses itself because thier not running.
zone alarm- <<(probably my fav, and most annoying) zone alarm motiers incoming and outgoing internet stuff. it blocks programs from accsesing the internet without your knowledge.(what i mean is, it stops programs that normally accses the internet without your knowlegde, and tells you about them and gives you an option to stop them from accsesing) takes a while to get it like, normal but its good. zone alarm also blocks 3rd party cookies, stuff and other stuff. but whenever you try to play online games, turn it off. because it blocks the connection as if it was a hacker attempt.
adaware- Use this recently scan your comp for adware programs. removes stuff zone alarm misses. all i kno is that before zone alarm, i was getting like, 90-130 adware stuff. now i only get like, 3-4 every week. i think this program also can delete those .exe ones. i dunno though. not postitive.
also- zone alarm when it finds a new internet connection, it asks where to put it. you can do this the easy way or hard way. the easy way is it just put it in the "internet zone" (untrusted). or the hard way, (if ur on router, non router people just put it in internet zone. (you can do the easy way for routers too)) enter the connection into zone alarm as internet, then go to the place where you manage connections. then add a new connection so it only has the IP range your router has in it and put it in the trusted zone. then edit the other one so that the IP's in your router arent in the internet zone.
EX:
trusted zone, IP 186.89.34.0 To 186.89.35.99
internet zone, IP 186.35.99.0 To 255.255.255.0
(you'd need to get all the IP addresses from your router)
lol. i spent all the time typing all this out, just because i got a pritty nasty virus too,(and when i say nasty, i mean nasy) and i said, ill never let this happen again. and i get all this shit and made sure it all works good and stuff. and now its time to pass on my knowledge.
so ya, PM me if you this stuff. you can get adaware free from Lavasoft's website but the others i'd have to give you and give you a cd-key.
