RexyRex_ = -Jake-...
Therefore, I'm not Rexy.
And about TS, yes I talked to him a couple of times. That was back in my Über n00blar days. Where I was asking him how to change the victory trigger.

But, this when he told me that he was almost done with StarCraft and he said that he would help me but he won't be on much. So, he referred me to SEN. And, here I am now!

u haves type so much i'm 2 lazy 2 read...
I got in map makin when i'm gettin sick of melee n then my friend show me zergling blood i was like "OMG HACKS?!" I didnt even no theres UMS.... Then I started makin cuz its so much funner than melee
I had played way, way too much single-player campaign, and was intrigued by the scenario maps that came with Broodwar.
When I finally started playing on Battle.net, I went straight to the scenario gametypes, and every so often I'd come across a decent map that could use some improvement. But that's just how I got into them. I didn't really learn much from that, I learned what I know through playing the maps and guessing how the triggers work and by, well, thinking. Thank God for simplistic triggers.
I started making maps when I realized I could make a game in SC. I mean, really. I thought of the possibilities.
But, my first voyage into the Map-making world met disaster, as "Erth Soljaurs" sieged the "Marshen Invaders"...
However, my second voyage was a complete success. Zerg Games was accredited with being addictive by the people who played it. Most of them thought the map sucked ass, but they just kept coming back until we beat the map.

OMFG, you copied me!!!

I first got the game when i was workin at subway. And my boss recommended the game to me since i play solor. A real action rpg game. Where you go to a place and fight with pvc pipes covered in foam. But any ways i got it and installed it. So i was tryin to figure out how to play it online after i beat a the compain with terrain. Wipedoo lol. SO I finnily found a place called. Mplayer. So i played on Mplayer for about a moth with stupid ip's. So then it said b.net i was like wtf i wasted this much time on mplayer. Any ways i wanted to list my stupidity.
So how i started to make maps. Well first i used the first editor that came with sc and made a 64/64 melee map where their are 4 players and the minerals are blockin each player. I was a huge fan on melee. And never new that their was ums maps or what it was untill 3 years later yes i said 3 years like omg. Any ways. So i started playin frogger craft 2000 [btw the funnest of all maps]. Any who when i started seein what people can do with starcraft i was hooked. I tryed to free base my self on learning the triggers. with little small trigger work. Un sucessfull. Even thought i didn't know what half of the triggers did lol. Such as preserve no wonder only half of my things worked or only worked one time.
Then i got super frustraded and asked ultomo or something like that could he tell me how triggers worked and sent me here. I joined immedintly and made it my home page. And fell in love with starcraft broodwar ever since. And i love almost all the members here. Then when i actully made a decent map i join a great map making clan called Mp). Ok that was my long but short story I hope you enjoyed it.
It started way back when I was 9. My brother (whom was 15 at the time) picked up StarCraft and I was immediately hooked. The first time I played a LotR game I was like (omfg this is great!) and I immediately attempted to create a game. I saw Lord of the Rings V. The Fifth Age played a grand total of twice. I believe my next game was a mixed ages map, but that was never completed. My first real map that was ever "played" was Flight of the Noldor, and by this time I had a pretty good idea about triggering and the such, and I even remade it later, but both versions sucked ass. I also made Blackening of Middle-Earth, also sucking ass, and finally LotR Chronicles, which has been mildly popular. Oh yeah, I also made LotR v. Dagorlad, which was actually pretty decent but it never caught on. Now I'm working on the Battle for Middle-Earth, but I think I'll rename it here soon.
I got into making maps when 5 days after installing SC, I always wondered what was Campaign Editor was about, when I checked it out. I started making simple maps. After playing on B.net alot, I kept checking other people's maps and learn how some triggers work, After I met Leader_Wol[f] that is when I started making some good maps. I do some tests on every trigger so I can know what to do in my maps. But yet, as a human we make mistakes and my maps had glitches, nowadays most of my maps hardly has any glitches. And that's how I got to where I am.
Jeeze... TS you haven't been on in awhile. Have you become inactive? (As in not playing SC anymore)
