These people who on my list i respect as map makers, i respect you and shadow and all that but these are my favourite map makers and some of them have been for years. Bah, I don't abide popularity contests normally, but yeah I'd go with Nanaki_XIII for his earlier stuff. Too bad I never got to meet him in person.

I also remember someone named Stereo who gave me a lot of good ideas way back when, but I don't recall any of his specific maps, so I can't really say whether he was talented or not. Sure knew his shit back then, though.

Here's my list.

Moogle - Orgasmic terrain.
(U)Bolt_Head - Very knowledgable, cool guy, but sucks at Time Up Bound
Tuxedo-Templar - He has a fetish with sunken d like no other.
Red2Blue - One of the best bound makers, if not the best. Aims for simplicity and fun, instead of complexity and advanced trigger concepts.

How can you have a "favorite map maker"?? It all depends on the specific map; not who made it.

But if I had to, I would say:
MelleniumArmy,
(U)Bolt_Head,
or Tuxedo Templar.

Right now I'm fond of any mapper that doesn't spam their name all over the inside of their map. I <3 TH's mad terraining skills. I also love all the mappers that actually complete big projects well, and Tazz because he is just so cool.

Actually I hate sunken D with a passion. But playing crappy maps (sunken D, among others) somehow inspires me to make good ones, and helps clear my mind for some dumb reason.

Not to mention it's the only thing short of melee people make games of regularily.

No wonder they call you the Tuxinator.

But of course, overall average of all the maps is pretty much below average quality (cuz most of them suck).

Another map maker with quantity is Oo.Vic.oO. He's made tons of maps. I mean he doesn't have the 50+ maps that you have, Army, but he has made quite a few.
