If that could be counted as rejection then you can't be wise templar because Bolt Head already is. So you wan't to be general of COD or not?

I am sorry but all NPCs with c-10 are already taken! By the way the only NPC that is free at this moment is

But I am sure that I will need more NPCs!

No I was wrong there is one unit with c-10 left! The zerg Duran. But I am not sure will I use him. And he probably won't be a mercenary because of the zerg armor!
