Ok I think if you can't get it after this you should give up mapmaking and persue something else.
Look at attached map. The steps are numbered with the water tiles the tiles directly to the right of each number is the tiles added on that step.
Of course you can't. Its made up terrain. Can you walk behind cliffs in normal SC?

Oh, that is just cool. I enjoyed going up and down that, may have to work that in sometime, but how! Still, there is another map trick to add i think!

My new map will have this type of thing in it. The first time I heard about it was from Bolt, he told me he was messing around with cliffs in Starforge (making infinite cliffs)

You mean I did. Btw now that we've found out more stuff with triggers and all, we need to get the terrain caught up with it as well. How about we start making uber cool maps with this kind of terrain and with a few sprites to make it all blend in.

No one said it would be fast. Well you can ither look at existing cliffs and or just match up tiles that work. I don't know how to tell you much more I have simplified it about as much as i possably can.
