They wouldn't make good minigames. Tell me how "Look at stars" or "Sleep" would make a good minigame? Sleep is just a map with no vision and look at stars is just a map where you are standing on a platform in space looking at the background sprites. I can't think that one of these maps could be a minigame.

They weren't that bad. If you could make them as one game, it be a good map.

i think you should go around and edit all of your pointless maps and make them a better pointless map the make the ugly and pointless and boring at the same time..

but just pointless... get what i mean...

or make a new map with all your fav pointless maps... and call it all time fav pointless maps....

and at the start make it so you can choose from 4 pointless maps and you can play which ever one you want at any time...

Thats what I've been pretty much doing. I made a mcuh better version of run and I did make a very new version of larva racing but its full of bugs and is not being posted yet. And I'm also planning on making a new version of hit the wall and larva fishing.

I decided to host all of these maps starting from the top of the list.

My favorite part of it was seeing everyones reaction to it. With people saying stuff like:

k now what?
how do we win?
this is all we do?
WTF?
...



Then I decided to have a little more fun and play games like "Look at the stars" and "Play computer" with no triggers and use the suicide hack on my civilian in a seemingly probably location. Only to laugh at the other players fustratingly try to kill their civ as well in the same spot and ask what I did. Why would you want your civ to die?!?! Funny thing is I would do the same thing. Why are we so predictable?

And I'd like to take this moment to be the 5th person to suggest a mini-game for these maps.

Well, you could play them single player, but it wouldnt be helf as fun because u dont get to here people act all retarded thinking thats theres a plot to the game.

I agree with boyscout. These could become excellent games if you edit them.

Man those maps really cracked me up.. and as what diggidoyo mentioned, there were same reactions by most of the people (the other part was most probably afk or sleeping), especially Look at the Stars.
This was what went on:
-Before game started-
A: omg i think this game will rox
B: yea the name sounds so cool
C: i think somewhat funny
-After game starts-
A: now what
B: wtf are we supposed to do
C: let's wait maybe some triggers will happen
-After 5 minutes-
A: omfg this game sucks
B: pointless
C: this game

That's pretty much what happened lol

Try the second part of what I said (kill hack). That's good for a few laughs just make sure they see your guy die. It works best if you act either fustrated like "WTF MY CIV JUST DIED!!!" or even better if you say "YES! I beat it! I got to the next level" or something to that nature making it sound like you can do something else.

I would give a direct link but there's probably some rule on this forum that prohibits hacks (or at least frowns upon it). I don't HACK (the verb version of it) but I still have some hacks like name spoof or suicide which I use when I find a good use for em (like this haha).

I use to have 1 of those suicide hacks but then the new patch came out and I was to lazy to d/l it again. Never thought of using it for my games though lol.
