I mean I kind of found it a bit wierd when he didn't announce the new staff. I wouldn't find him giving 5k minerals suspicious since he has a ton and he's removing them in SEN v5.
As for IP being the only admin. I'm fine with it, but I think he needs to be a bit more active. I haven't seen a post by him since that OGAME.ORG topic.

How do you expect him to work on v5 when he has to patch something in v4 every couple of weeks? He doesn't live on the site. Seriously, he KNOWS there are problems with v4. That's why he's coding v5. Using the site as your coding playground is only splitting his attention on areas of the site in half.
