I'd think it'd be 4 for both... 20 worked for transmission because of the way bits work.

Bit2 is always display.
00100000 = 4

Converting 8-Bits to a Byte
CODE
Bit0*2^0 + Bit1*2^1 + Bit2*2^2 + Bit3*2^3 + Bit4*2^4 + Bit5*2^5 + Bit6*2^6 + Bit7*2^7

So 20 works because 20 would make the Bits like this:
00101000 = 20

Flag 16 means "unit type used." Since transmissions use unit types, both bit 16 and bit 4 should be turned on. I'm not sure if that actually has any effect on SC, or if it's just something SE uses.

Yeah its missing like 5 things that SCMD has now. Trigger editor is only thing that SF has left and It is buggy as hell as well.

Bugs
-No Unit properties
-No move trigger up/down
-sometimes the editor will crash
theres some more but i cant remember them now

I havn't found any bugs.

Just because you haven't encountered any doesn't mean they don't exist.

I don't do strange things to encounter them

I haven't either, unless you consider making maps strange...

How could you judge anything before trying it?

Here's a link to the official website. Download the one linked under "New releases with bugfixes". Make sure to actually try it instead of opening, closing, and saying how the Terrain Indexed pallette is too small (it's been resizable for a long time now yet people still complain).

Only then can you deside which is better. Also, if you want GUI triggers (SCXE-style), get the Classic TrigEdit plugin also linked above.

Pretty neat how the resize works, lol!
