First, you're nailed to splintery wood. Next they cut you're nipples off with dull scissors. Then they put knives under your nails. Then they papercut you everwhere. Then you have your eyes taken out with a pencil. Then they cut your mouth so that it's wider. Finally you are stabbed in the throat, waiting for the inevitable as you are being stabbed by syringes in the arms repetitively.

That's not quite as gruesome as I would hope, but mainly makes me cringe...

Make them die of shock; may not be greusome, may not be fun to watch. But its still better than what I have seen in here.

Tie someone on a board with a chain saw. The board moves VERY slowly towards the person to increase the pain. During the process, cut the eyes out and stick a taser on him. Shoot him in the ear lobes. Chop his legs off and when the chain saw is close to the heart, simple cut him in peices.
