Swearing is simply an indication of how mature the person is.
A mature person can hold a conversation whilst not crossing the boundaries of censory.
One maneuver I might suggest...
If you feel too worked up to hold a decent tongue, walk away from the computer and post some other time when your troubles are over. Or at least take out your anger in private.
