Pick a map with the bases close together and take one of your workers, hotkey it, and way point it from the first base, to second base and so on and all the AI workers will follow you for a while, just check in every now and then and re-waypoint the worker again while building a good amount of units (zerg works best in this situation).

i managed to win in an FFA with 7 bots.

1v7 melee i'd get slaughtered.

i can handle mayve 1v2-3.

play bot's a good way to sharpen your skills and use new strategies. i once had to use muta bomb to win lol.

not true..

bots dont use exactly strageties.. they use good game skill but i cant take that as strageties...

however, against player they use hella stuff like that...

playing against bots make you better vs bots... not against player exactly

gotta agree if you can beat bots easly you can beat noobs easily but not experts.. not at all...

Uhh ya.. Isnt Custom AI a mod that lets you choose from Insane/Difficult/Easy comps thing? For like Normal games, ums games, and campaigns?

Starcraft bots are a joke. Some times they even freeze. The only way I loose to them some times is when i try n' do a 7vs1 and they all rush me together.

I think they made them a fine difficulty, when you just start Starcraft if they were insanely hard it would be no fun.

yea but arent sc bots acctually like easy if you play melee... i mean on single player...

to play insane you have to do UMS

SC has bots!?!?!!? ZOMG!!

The custom AI is of varying intelligence. Under certain conditions, they can put up a good fight. But a good match is never guaranteed with them.

I made a custom map that I play with my brother and friend where we're up against 4 Insane AI comps with infinite money and elite unit defenses. It's fuuuuunn! I may submit it.

well i played 4v1 computer who had 9999 mineral all the time and we also had it too... but for some reason we lost. in that case we now know if you give comp 9999 mineral and give yourself 9999 minearl and put comp on insane mod its smarter then you

Bots won't make rows of Hatcheries, Barracks, etc.
They play assuming they're playing on a non-money map.

I've beat (with the help of two others) 4 insane bots with 9999999 minerals and elite units guarding their bases. It took several tries though.

Well..They are called Computers first of all

anyways..

its not that hard at all..

if your facing comps just get quick Defense..

All they do (on non money maps!!) is

attack

tech

attack

and basically a pattern like that..

and on fastest they suck ass because they cant get their gas on those things

last patch blizz made them rush faster tho..just like a minute or so
