ok, i got a job at around the end of october, i get my paycheck every friday, usually about 70 bucks or more, this fridays will only be around 65 i think. i got 110 bucks from last friday, i spent 15 the day i got it (food), $5 later that night, $10 sunday night (food again), and another $10 today (yet again, food, im not that fat... yet, then tonight i had to buy myself a jacket cuz some ass hole stole it, thats was $40, then i had to pay 9 bucks on some modeling clay for a school project thing, that would leave me with 21 bucks, but i guess with tax on stuff an all, and me spending just a few dollars more than i thought, i only have 10 bucks left, but ill exchange the coins i have (should be around $20) and ill send you some, i cant use paypal, or another online thing... ill see about mailing u around $10, $15, or $20...

Keep in mind that it is illegal to send US $ through the mail. But, I won't say anything if you don't say anything.

I would donate $200... but I don't have a paypal account.
And I would ask my sister if I could use her paypal account... but I do not know if she would let me randomly give $200 dollars to someone at "isolatedpurity@hotmail.com"

YES you can mail checks. Everytime I've ever been paid, the check came in the mail.

There's always been Nozomu, Bolt, and IP on that list (since I joined). Was it ever different? Although DTBK and I have donated, we're not on there. Is there another list or is the one in the "Site" section just not updated?

A word of warning: Paypal likes to screw you over.

None of the donators were actaully removed, except for Puni. Apparently he decided he didn't want to be a part of the website anymore so he retracted his money with a fraud complaint thing with paypal, which only gives you 2 days to reply. At the time, IP didn't (neither did I, for that matter) check his paypal every two days, so the money got ripped away from us. Truely makes you wonder about the good intentions of people, just taking back 'donations'.

With me, apparently there was a bunch of scamming going on when the hurricanes were taking place. My account is considered "unverified" at the time, and I was getting large payments from a freelance job I did. Apparently they saw the payment as me scamming someone somehow and decided to disable my account from doing anything. I tried to verify my paypal account but it wont let me, nor will it let me make a new account. I've tried sending tickets and have yet to recieve any response, so im going to call them tommorow. The problem is I have no idea where the payment went for my programming job! I got no intention of leaving SEN and taking off with donation money, but right now paypal is the best way to go (since I had the majority of the donation money sitting in there waiting to be put to hosting).

If any of you guys could chip in, it'd be great. These are really screwed up times. The lesson is, use paypal to transfer payments, but don't leave money in there, and don't rely on it too much.

haha wow i've read like all these comment and the majority of you guys arnt old enough to send a money order? haha what do we have a bunch of 9 and 10 year olds here? come on i wouldnt mind donating money alls you need is 40$ hahahahaha everyone who makes map for starcraft comes to this site and outa all these people you couldnt get together 40$? i'm sorry but thats sad if this site falls its not cause of the admins its because of the people taking advantage of this site and leaving it when it needs help... haha i dont even visit this site that much anymore..

There was nothing really wrong with Puni wanting his money back. After we decided not to get the invision license after asking for donations for such, we were more than willing to give everything back. The problem was how he went about it though... reporting it as credit card fraud. Not only did he get his $75 back (which was fine), he also ripped $15 out of other people's donations from his action. It costed the fund $10 for his fraud report. I really don't understand how it's logical to charge me that money.

SS_Dark-Marine : Uhhhh... It would really be my fault because when I first lost my job, I didn't care about finding a new one until I actually starting running into problems. But, um... hmmm... there's nothing wrong with 9-10 year olds just because they can't donate.

I did get my job *back* today... only as temporary though. It might become permanent again. So good news there...

I don't have a PayPal account, as I do not have a credit card. However, I'm going to try to get one so I can help SEN. It's not always a matter of not being willing to do it, just not being able to do it.
