I'd prefer room fourteen, simply because I'm generally partial to cold temperatures. Really hot places (95° F and up) drive me insane, so I'd rather freeze to death than go nuts.

I walk around without noticing the temperature at 20(below 0c). I'm sweating, irritated, and bothered at temperatures of about 60. Try to guess which room I'd prefer.

Well, if that's the logic you're using, I'd pick the room you'd die in faster. You aren't getting out. wink.gif

I'll turn into the Hulk and destory the rooms...

If dat doesn't happen, Plan B...

Plan B: Choose the cold room. I like the cold lol. I don't like hot temperatures cuz it's very uncomfortable for some starnge reason. Cold is nice and cool.

The Cold room, who the hell wants to burn to death?!

I like cold weather. I hate the warmth. The 10 degree below zero is like 70s Farenheit for me. I couldn't care less if it was cold or not. As long as somewhere I can stay, I couldn't be more content.

I think you guys are missing the point that...
YOU DIE, NO MATTER WHAT!
So if you want to die a long, pro-longed death, pick the one you're most suitable with. And 10 degrees below 0 wont feel like 70 farenheit for very long, trust me on that one tongue.gif

I would pick the 140 room, because heat is generally uncomfortable but not as painful as the cold is.

I'm going to throw two scenarios at you.
Either way, you're captured and brought to some crazy place. Your captors strip you naked and ask you to choose one of two rooms - you will die in one of them, regardless of your choice.

Room 140 - This room is a sweltering 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius). You will slowly burn to death. There will be no access to food or drink.

Room 14 - This room is a chilling 14 degrees Fahrenheit (-10 degrees Celsius). You will gradually freeze to death. There will be no access to food or drink.

If you gotta go, what's the way to go?
By the way, if anyone has some scientifics to add to the room descriptions, please provide. smile.gif

that's a scary thought.. how did you think of it. That is a hard one. I chose to freeze to death. I think in the end it will be best because your eyes won't burn out or anything. This really was a hard choice because it you think about what acually happends.. it's messed up.

A steam room full of sexy ladies.

i choose the +60 celsius room. (if in clothes that i usually walk at home)
becawse in Iraq there is +60 in the sun, american soldiers are surviving it with full equipment (allthow it's not easy at all). anyways, a person will die in about 3 days with no water in bouth rooms, i doubt taht anybody can freeze to death in 3 days in room 14.

I have no idea where you heard that, but it's not +60 in Iraq, it's at most +50.

I would pick 140 cause i rather die by a quick death by fire than to suffer painfully in the cold. Also, if i were to freeze to death, body parts would freeze up and if i broke the ice, blood would gush out cause there goes a limb with the ice. By the way, why would you want to preserve your naked body? That would be a nice surprise for your mother walking in that room.

I'd pick -14 fairhenite because if you exercise... you'd survive! and gradually you'd become... HULK! and break out of the room. or, easier keep banging your head on either room until you die. ( because you aren't getting out. )

I heard that when you are about to freeze to death, you start feeling warm and numb.
I prefer it hot (105°F, FTW!), but I can stand any tempurature.

How humid are these rooms?

But my wang would shrivel up in the cold. If someone finds my body after I've died, I want them to have an accurate picture of what a man I was. HOT ROOM!

It's easy: In a hot room, you are uncomfortable, so it would be like slow and steady torture. In a cold room, you may get cold, but it isn't like torture. It's kinda nice. It reminds me of a time when I ran outside in a T-shirt and shorts when it was -11c outside... tongue.gif

I'd pick the hot room, because I hate the cold, but I'm completely comftorbale in the heat (I start shivering at 15°C, but only break a sweat at about 35°C). I'd probably die of dehydration.

Being the fatass that I am, I would be uberly insulated in the cold room. So yay for cold.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Voyager7456(MM) on 2006-04-01 at 23:05:49
Cold would be numbing and painless, I think... and I absolutely detest really hot places.

Hell, If I could choose ANY temperature, Itd be 140 degrees. I mean, I want to pass out as soon as possible. Who wants to sit there starving to death?
Report, edit, etc...Posted by (DI)Yulla on 2006-04-02 at 08:08:44
LOL!!! Warhammer is right. We will starve before we die of dehydration. I can withstand any high temperature although I sweat a lot. Traditional Koreans are used to it.
