Moose, I really hope that was a joke because I'm not going to delve into the basics of mathematics to help you out. As for that quote... priceless.

Cloak, turn off that fog stuff. It just makes your text hard to read and is hard on the eyes. If you want to be original, choose a different font like I did. On second thought, don't do that. I think I'm the only person who has so far biggrin.gif

Counters have innumerable uses, as they are basically variables. In fact they shouldn't be called counters at all but variables. I guess maybe Counters is neccessary(sp?) to keep the distinction. Anyway.. I use many variables in programming and although not at the same level as real programming, StarCraft map making is quite similar, and thus variables help out a lot.

Counters work too.
I mean, if you're counting how many apples you're going to eat in the day because you're planning on eating all the apples you have that day, then adding 1 penny to the "Number of Eaten Apples" pile of pennies would work just as well as in SC, and the pennies would be called counters.
