Nozomu, you forgot Zelda for SNES, it was awesome.

I chose Xbox for following reasons...
1) The controller is much better for racing games and 1st person shooter
2) No memory card hassle
3) Great games, pretty much same as PS2 but PS2 has more variety because it's been longer
4) Can play your own music during a game

In the long run, xbox is cheaper than PS2
XBox now $180
PS2 now $150

PS2 you will have to use like $30 for memory cards

In Puerto Rico there is more demand for PS2, making PS2 games like $60 where Xbox are $50.

I agree with what Nozomu said. I feel that the SNES is superior to any system that is out or has come out before. It had so many classic games that still hold up to today's standards of gaming. I collect games, and SNES's library still has the most fun and enjoyable games I own.

But, of the three consoles of today, I choose the Gamecube. The GC has a lot of exclusive games from Nintendo's big liscenses. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, all classics. I own a PS2, and I own more games for it, but that is only becuase I bought most of the games for it for 20$ and under. I think the Xbox has some good exclusive games and graphics, but there are not that many good games for it, I usually just use my Xbox as a CD player, while I play another game on a different system.

I played every consoles and it was all okay. Gamecube was very fun with many people, mario kart was fun. SuperSmashmelee was fun too. And, PS2, which i love, is good for 1player games to me. Metal Gear SOlid and Final Fantasy series ownz j00! Last, Xbox. HALO IS AWESOME HALO 2 WILL BE MORE THAN AWESOME!
So, i think every console is great and all but i like ps2 better. idk why, maybe because im korean

I thought that Koreans would like Gamecube for some reason...perhaps because it is mainly Far-Eastern developers that make the games for the console.

What?!?!?! Koreans are all for PS and PS2!!! GO TO KOREA! ASK EVERYONE! About 3/20 will have gamecube and 1/20 will have xbox... Nobody likes them... probably beacause they add this chip to the PS2 and PS so they can play fake cds. I had PS and they add this chip to it. So WHen you want to buy a cd, they burn one real cd, then give you the fake cd. And FAKE CD WORKS, IT COSTS LIKE NOTHING!!! probably thats y

they all have good qualities:

gamecube: best graphics (proven)
ps2: a lot of good games that some consoles dont have/cd/dvd player
xbox: play almost every game on the internet

I'd have to go with ps2 simply because theres so many good games on there (FFX, Manhunt, Metal Gear Solid 2, GTA3+ Vice City) and so on..and i can still play my old kickass playstation games

X-box by far. You got halo 2, fable, bc, sudeki, halo(yes its old and still kicks ass), thief deadly shadows, starcraft ghost( long ways away but still), adn many more.

X-Box: Halo, Halo 2, online play, no need for a memory card, great graphics. Need I go on?

Meh...I'm Stuck with the GayCube so I'll say My Favorite is the GaMeCube

My favorite console is by far the Xbox. It has great graphics and is even a DVD player. (I know, Ps2 is a DVD player too). On the XboX you can do system link, which is kool and you can also do XBconnect, which is basically playing with other people on the internet by "tricking" the Xbox into thinking that it is a system link game. My favorite game on the Xbox is Halo. I can't wait 'till Halo 2 comes out! The Splinter Cell games are pretty awesome, too because of the intense computer AI

Hah, I have a few friends who work at Electronics Boutique. They told me that every time someone returns an X-Box because it doesn't work it's because they played too many DVDs in it. Apparently DVDs spin faster in an X-Box than regular games, and the X-Box can't handle it. My friends said that most X-Boxes stop working after a while because the friction from rapidly-spinning DVDs slightly melts small parts in the X-Box and makes it unable to play anything. Most factory-refurbished X-Boxes have just had those tiny parts replaced. Cool, huh?

I prefer SNES,Tons of classic games=D

ps2, easy controls, instead of the xbox thing with 50 buttons on it

Actualy, if you count it, the XBox has about the same number of buttons as the PS2, it's just that the XBox has pressure Sensitive main ones and analog triggers.

I voted on this a long time ago I don't like the XBox Controller and it's missing some key games such as Final Fantasy Series...

Gamecube:

- Resident Evil 4
- Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
- New SHEXY MANLY-LOOKING Zelda
- Cheap price (100 bux)
- 4 Controller Ports
- LOVE F-Zero (so much fun)
- Cheap games (many games are 20 bucks or less)

Xbox:

- Halo 2 (will be ported to pc so no worries)
- Fable (you guys are lucky for this one)

PS2:

- GTA: San Andreas (again, will get this on pc)

Gamecube ownz

I like the xbox because it has a lot of multiplayer type games.
