It's obviously used in some sort of "kinky sexual adventure", the leather straps prove that. They probably rented the "toy" while their children were gone and used the toy while they were alone. The worst thing is, that 2-inch penis looking thing is probably an anal toy, which means both parents could have "used" it. I'm terribly sorry, as this is a great tragedy. Yeah, it's most likely some kind of sex toy. I don't know, but he sais it looks like a "penis". It couldn't actually be what it looks like. It can be some kind of weird chair that people get a kick out of or some kind of prank chair.
