Also, concerning HP matter.
Oscillating Unit HP (high -> low HP and back)- Wireframe glowing or flashing, (buildings) flame spurts.
As you can see, "(building) flame spurts." leads me to believe that it is, in fact, hp going up and down, also considering "(high -> low HP and back)". For when Hp drops lower on a building flames appear, and they will disappear when the hp is full again. Feel free to argue with me.
