Don't worry, the admins have logs of mineral transfers and such... someone made a real mistake by stealing them.

The only thing I can guess happened is the login cookie glitched, so that whatever cookie data was passed by you was taken to be his account. I reset his password, and hence his cookie session ID and password salt, so the period of bug crisis should be over. It still remains to Moose or IP to look into what exactly caused this.
