I usually name them, but for larger maps that use over a thousand strings I'd stick with using notepad instead.
E.G.,
-Location 0; 2x2; Golden Knight Spell Range Level 1.
-Location 1; 3x3; Golden Knight Spell Range Level 2.
and so on...
E.G.,
-Location 0; 2x2; Golden Knight Spell Range Level 1.
-Location 1; 3x3; Golden Knight Spell Range Level 2.
and so on...
