Wow! I'm lovin' that plague replacement move alot. Cool looking mod.

I've gotta try makin' one of these mini-mods sometime.

Here's a quick idea for an Ice support spell:

Frost Fog- It's a blue cloud that does damage when you walk into it. Or, it freezes when you walk into it. Basically, it's graphics are Dark Swarm, except colored blue.

Another one...

Hailstorm- I assume that the Iceball is only gonna hit one unit when I'm using this idea, so, it's a splash attack where giant chunks of ice smash down on the enemy. The graphics might be a tiny bit tricky to do.

Another another one...

Ice Encagement- I know what you're thinking, a renamed Stasis Field. But that's not it. I was thinking something like... It's a stasis field crystal thing where the ice appears on the target, and then freezes them, but the ice shatters afterward dealing more damage than Iceball, but costs more energy.

I'm on a roll here...

Summon Ice Minions- The base spell here would be the spider mines one. It spawns mini Ice demons which are basically just ice crystals (Stasis Field graphics of course) that can fight. Maybe give them some sort of short range ice attack, or just a suicide one. The Ice Minions could merge into larger ones too...

One more...

Icicle Shower- Shoots a large volley of in-accurate ice balls that are smaller than the regular Ice Ball spell. So yeah, basically it shoots a buch of tiny ice balls, but they are in-accurate so you might miss and... Yeah.

If you need ideas for the other units I'd be glad to come up with some more.

ohmy.gif Subfocus! Where have you been? Everyone has been wondering where you have been. Anyway, nice ideas, maybe you could make a mod where one race has Evolved on an Icey world and their spell's have adapted to it.

I fear that the plague spell might prove to be a huge advantage for whoever's playing as fire... It could wear you down to 1 hitpoint really easily... Unless maybe you made the units have a high hp amount. Which seems a little rigged in comparison to other spells. Unless there are alot of 1 hit or 2 hit kill spells...

With Ice, however, you can freeze them for 15 or so seconds and pound them with ice blasts until they come out, which generally kills them. tongue.gif

Well. Is there a way to change the amount of damage plague will do on a unit before it goes away, or is that hardcoded? Perhaps you could change the time it stays on the unit in the iscript file, correct? Or is that hardcoded?
