what are talking about? So your saying if a sheep was in your swimming pool you would blow it up? The most humane way to make the bees leave is smoke them out. But killing a colony in fire is animal cruelty.

Dont tell me you havent smashed a bug before. We kill crustacians in boiling water, decapitate chickens and slaughter countless amounts of livestock. It appears the the bees were about to create a nest on the swing set, or so it seems. The best course of action would be to kill them, smoking them out would just disorient them for a while but they would return. The bees had to die because of the safety of the children as well as the husband who was severely allergic to bees.
