I've been asked: Is adding files to blizzard MPQ's legal? So, I emailed the big dudes themselves. Its okay that I continue to make MPQ maps under the condition that I'm not modifying blizzard files, corrupting the MPQ, or finding CD-keys.

Not enough time. I'll have a small movie map done by then, but I'm having trouble with my own computer. I cannot make maps at the speed you're used to anymore. Not until I get it working.

Hmm, get a new computer. I mean, SC can run on Pentiums. Get an old Pentium II, which are like $200 these days. Maybe you can find a few "broken" ones and assemble one complete computer.
And be sure to paint "StarEdit Computer" all over it!

It aint easy to get a new comp. Expecially when you're poor like me 
I'm temporarly setting up a computer which is suitible for mapping. Not much luck with it.

I didn't even saw a Overmind RPG made for 2 months... Woohoo bound, yes. Not "come play woohoo bound" but more like "random bound!" and it happens to be your SSC map.

Hmm, I have a map that I've been trying to make for years, but I just don't have the time or patience to finish it. Currently, it's a bunch of maps all testing different aspect of the final map.
Maybe I'll have it done next year. But now that I've seen Yoshi's maps, I got a lot to learn and implement into my map.

Well, you see, it has to do with the theme of the map itself. It wouldn't to to release a snowfight map in the middle of the summer, nor would it be releasing a soccer map in the winter.

Well, it depend on the setting. You usually want the terrain to match the conditions outside (in general terms). Let's say you have an RPG in the Badlands tileset. You would release that in the spring/summer. Some trhings like the desert, you'd release mid to late summer, when it's boiling.

But occasions don't change. So Iguess my comments about the seasons are kinda off, but if the map is occasion themed, it should be released near it's theme occasion.
