Thats realistic to name zerg heroes as such though. The humans would be naming them, as none of the zerg units other then cerabrates such as Daggoth or Zasz have proper names. Even there hero units are just of a different breed, so its perfectly logical. Humans seeing an alien that supports the group would name it Yggaddsril, or "The Tree of Life." It's logical. The plaguarization of Gui Montag or Allan Schezaer I've never heard of before however.
That makes sense. Like, the Hydralisk that has a knack for tracking down and slaying hapless Terrans was dubbed "Hunter Killer," a fiercer-than-normal Zergling got named "Devouring One," and so on. I kinda know where Blizzard got Torrasque from (it's Dungeons and Dragons; the tarrasque was this unimaginably powerful monster in that RPG, so it made sense to name the Ultralisk hero after it). Going to the Terrans, I don't know where Tom Kazansky came from. As for Protoss names, I don't know where the majority of them came from, except for Artanis (it's Sinatra spelled backwards) and maybe Warbringer.
