Keep him banned, all he ever did was steal maps and insult people for no reason. Flaming, spamming and stealing maps isn't very constructive, especially in map making forums, stay banned and make sure you don't come back.

According to him in a map night game. He said he got banned for swearing at some guy. Well after I see what you guys wrote i guess he's lying. But still i think you guys should give him another chance. Unless what he did bad was beyond imagine.

Probably not. But is map stealing and murdering on the same level. Is something annoying and something illegal on the same terms?
Even people who have done illegal crimes get second chances once they are out of jail or payed a fine.
I say his punishment was being banned temporarily and it's enough for him to learn to stop doing it the next time around.

I don't call the death penalty a second chance rev. I think map stealing and murder are on the same line.

Mass Murdering - Depending on what you believe happens after death, either:
Going to Heaven, which for some reason people would prefer to stay on Earth for a while
Burning in Hell
Freezing in Hell
No longer existing
Becoming a little 0 yearold again and having to start LIFE over

Perm banned = Permantly banned from SEN, and kept away from us so he does nothing bad to us again
Life Sentence = Kept away so he does nothing bad to us again.
Just an analogy, its the same concept. Gotta give it some thought ;P

Stealing a map and Murder is NOT the same. There is something very differently between stealing in real life and murder. Both are very different charges, and because of that, his ban should be temporary.
