Lol, I submitted the Gundam Centry mod to this website, but for some reason they havent gone over it or accepted it cause I havent gotten any emails saying that it was accepted...

It's a great mod.

Yep...I like playing the gundam mod, SST mod, and mekani mod...The TF mod isn't that bad but it isn't done...

Anyway since I really didn't answer the topic question...Gundams would definetly win. The gundams will slowly diminish the starcraft armies. Unless the terran, protoss, and zerg join forces (very unlikely) starcraft will be destroyed smile.gif.

The reason the Gundams never destroyed a planet is because they were always defending it!

And they Zerg can't run past the defences and kill the base and pilots because the fight is between the SC ppl and the Gundams NOT their base! Who says that all the gundams will stop functioning if their base is destroyed? I dont see and extension cords attached to them!

What? they get their power through extension cords? :w00t:THen all starcraft armys have to do is cut the extension cords wink.gif tongue.gif

Yeah, the Gundams power will eventually run out of power.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Daigotsu on 2004-10-31 at 02:37:35
"eventually"

.....Oh well thats ok...long as mass and destruction is in bountiful amounts.

Same with the never ending waves of zerg... huge protoss fleets... Lots of terran nukes... against a lot of weak mobile suits and a couple of really powerfull ones.

thats pretty true...hehe nukes drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif shveeeeet i mean how many gundams are there? like 8? vs entire races that have plenty of planets?
Report, edit, etc...Posted by UnholySentinel on 2004-10-31 at 18:48:03
the original question did not limit it to gundam wing, i mean, g gundam had one for every country and then a whole lot more. The ones form countrys where super powerful. Dude, the dark gundam could take out all of starcraft by itself.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Daigotsu on 2004-10-31 at 23:37:39
Yep...there are 8 or 9 sagas in the gundam show.

Dunno how starcraft would survive if every single gundam attacked...
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Cobra on 2004-11-01 at 08:56:50
I don't know if gundam would survive if every single zergling, hydralisk, mutalisk, marine, siege tank, battlecruiser, dragoon, carrier, would attack one single planet (earth) and a couple of space colonies. And oh yeah, why not just EMP all the gundams and Lock them down. Why not infest them and mind controll? From how many planets each species of starcraft own compaired to the single planet the gundams own... well do the math in your head.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by MillenniumArmy on 2004-11-01 at 10:55:09
Yea, Go starcraft. I voted Starcraft because first of all:

- Zerg would swarm all over the gundams, break open the cockpit doors, and eat the pilots alive
- Protoss would use magical spells to freeze the machines and use psionic power to electrify them in their machine suits
- Terran's technology is far more advanced that Gundams' tech. All they gotta do is lock em down, EMP them, then nuke em.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by KlowN. on 2004-11-01 at 15:14:20
hydras acid would melt the legs of the robots, cloaked snipers would nuke them, lings would get inside their base and tear them apart, dark archons wuld mind control the gundams, because the sc units have special abilities they would win, ghost use lockdown!

The gumdams have Laser swords and way huger laser beams. They may not be attached to sharks (Austin Powers for those of you who war like "what the?") but the Buster Riffle has the power of a nuke w/o the radiation, and it can go through multiple targets insead of detonating on one.

Yeah, the Gundams power will eventually run out of power.

I've never seen that happen.

QUOTE

If you'd read I said they DONT have extension cords. They are not limited by their base either.

QUOTE

You must not know what a Gundam is or have read the other posts where I said the topic clearly states that this is a battle between the GUNDAMS AND SC not the gundam base! Plus zerglings cant fight in space unless they are on a platform. Gundams can fly away and obliterate it!

No unit in SC is as fast as a Gundam either. If they need to they can always regroup miles away. And dont even mention the nukes, they take long enough to get to their destination that a command center could have lifted and moved to safety.

Lockdown a gundam? The lockdown field probably wouldnt even be able to hold them.

QUOTE

But they dont get melted by missiles from another Gundam? or even blown off? them hydras must be friggin strong then. I dunno though, a zealot can take one out. So would zealots own them too? Or would they get stepped on? Yeah. Stepped on.

gudams may be good - but even they must take some sort of damage from zerg scourges and infested terrans

The hydras acid is actually a spike...ya know.

From what I see I still say gundams will win.

Some gundams go against scores and scores of mobile suits, so whats a big bunch of little guys with little guns against them?

How can the terrans technology be more advanced than the gundams?

Name one thing even at the technology lvl of a gundam...In terms of mobility, speed, fire power, and endurance.

Ghosts 6-10: Nuke'em
Game Over smile.gif

The Armies of starcraft do have a weapon more powerfull than a buster rifle, that is the protoss do. Like I said, they insenerated Chau and Mar Sara, Tarsonis... ect.

This does include the Bases.

One of the reasons why the gundams havent run out of power because they have never run out of resources, and the sC guys would do a good job of making them exausted.

And Btw, Hydras spikes are actually Grass and various plants for when they go through digestion, it turns into Acid.

ADDITION: Oh yeah, Terrans also have lasers.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Red-X on 2004-11-04 at 00:10:18
Lockdown: If the ghosts could lockdown a gundam, another gundam would be there to pull it out of the way of a nuke.
Nuke: Takes too long to land.
Protoss incinerate a planet: what good would that do if the SC people are on the planet too? Plus the blasts probably come from a ship in orbit. How stupid would you be to stand right under a ship that can wipe out a planet? I's stay on top and hack into it with the laser sword. Problem solved.

I seriously doubt that the Zerg are vegetarians. From the Starcraft book that has all the info on the races and their history:
"The once peaceful, herbivore herds of Slothein were assimilated into the Zerg Swarm in order to produce one of the most feirce and diabolical of the Zerg strains. The evolutionary matrix of the catepillar-like Slothein was supercharged by the Overmind, twisting the hapless creatures into the nightmarish killers known as Hydralisks. These once mild creatures now hunger for blood and violence, and they are infamous for acting in a particularly sadistic fashion.
The spiny snake-like Hydralisks house hundreds of armor piercing spines within their upper carapace plates. These spines can be fired in volleys at enemies approaching from either the ground or the air, and massed groups of Hydralisks should be approached with extreme caution."

And the upgrade in the Hydralisk Den is known as "Grooved Spines" not acid.

Red-X has a point lol. Anway like I said, you can't win against trillions of zerglings! Plus the Ultras would be just as big as the gundams, and their kaiser blades would be more than enough to rip through the metal of a gundam. Either way you want to look at it, 1 race is more than destroy the gundams. So how can you win against all 3?!

I think they would if they knew the threat to be large enough. ANyways, here is how a offensive/defensive movement should work:
High templars hulucinate archons, devorers, and marines
Huluncinated and real archons, devorers, and marines attack the godams, while ghosts get ready to nuke the godams.
Arbiters use recall to move any terran, zerg, and protoss away from a area just as a nuke is coming down. There, medics are healing any men that sustaned injury.
Then, the zerglings, hydras, devourers, mutalisks, and guardians rush in and attack while zerg queens use ensare and broodlings on godams. While the zerg are attacking, vultures are laying spider mines between the zerg and the SC bases just in case the zerg are wiped out (ya, right, like that would happpen). And the protoss probes are building pylons and cannons.
on the small chance the cannons, spider mines, and vultures are wiped out, the men from the first strike attack the few and very much injured godams.

Vola, the godams are dead!

Yeah, Theres enough ghosts arround to do plenty of Lockdowns.

And were the protoss planet side when they killed those planets? No. They had a fleet protecting that ship. And it wouldnt be as easy to kill it with laser swords. Carriers are as big as the mobile bases in gundam (which take a while to kill)

Im pretty sure that the ghosts wouldnt target a gundam for a nuke, more like groundside bases.

and read the history of the hydras, it says HERBIVORS which means plant eaters. Sure they may not be acid. but they do have a stock of sharp gass nearby.lol.
