I think they would if they knew the threat to be large enough. ANyways, here is how a offensive/defensive movement should work:
High templars hulucinate archons, devorers, and marines
Huluncinated and real archons, devorers, and marines attack the godams, while ghosts get ready to nuke the godams.
Arbiters use recall to move any terran, zerg, and protoss away from a area just as a nuke is coming down. There, medics are healing any men that sustaned injury.
Then, the zerglings, hydras, devourers, mutalisks, and guardians rush in and attack while zerg queens use ensare and broodlings on godams. While the zerg are attacking, vultures are laying spider mines between the zerg and the SC bases just in case the zerg are wiped out (ya, right, like that would happpen). And the protoss probes are building pylons and cannons.
on the small chance the cannons, spider mines, and vultures are wiped out, the men from the first strike attack the few and very much injured godams.
Vola, the godams are dead!
