i have no idea about about the first game, but i think the second one is diddy kong from diddy kong racing, because he has blue balloons then, and drumstick was the chicken who couldn't fly and attacks him from inside a plane (the clouds)

hm...ze first is is either Mitsuhide Akechi from Samurai Warriors or Samanoske Akechi from Onimiushi. and i dunno about the second one
