God I love FFX... but I don't remember seeing the symbol in there. If it was, Cool Beans.
I guess it's mostly used for the egyptian symbol for life, but I first orginally saw it in the ultima / ultima underworld series (kick ass rpgs). From then, I just equated the symbol to virtues / being virtuous. I tend to spell it ankl constantly, for some reason.
More about ultima... in your maps, you can write notes! How cool would that be in most rpg's... you find a cave and there's this big boss inside so you have to leave it behind for now and possibly forget about it or not remember where it is... but if you could jot a little note on your map, imagine how awesome that would be.

Your symbol is an Ankh. Egyptian. To me, it doesn't look like the Zanarkand symbol that Jecht has tatooed on his chest or Tidus wears around his neck as a necklace. It looks more like Prince's "symbol."

IP it's before The Sending, unforunaly for me, my disc blanks out each time I get there, so I take out the disc, shower it with windex, dry it, then put it back in.
But I played it at a friends house for a while and I saw the cinematic, twas cool!! But Yuna's atire brings it down :/

Awww... I know I have a saved game JUST before the sending just because it's so cool. If it's before that, I don't think I'll bother playing just to see the symbol
