well i am, but in my area it's 15 $
They can charge $100 for all I care. That game is great.
I have played HW a few times, its pretty good, another good full 3D RTS game is one thats been out for a few years, its called Ground Control, I bought it for 5-10$, and the requirments are pretty low too. But HW is better, and I think they are made by the same company.
Oh yeah and on WC, it has always been a lesser to SC. I also think WC3's camera is too close and I hope they don't do that with SC2, I think it should be more like Age of Mythology, where it mixs 3D and 2D elements into a great graphics engine.

WC is a lesser, but i like the 3d.
...Age of Mythology?
Has anyone played Myth: The fallen lords? That game was a great semi 3d RTS.
It had 3d terrain with 2d sprites (very good combination, it was done very well). And what you did was get a set amount of men and complete a mission with them. Since missions came one after another, you were using the men that lived from last missions in the newer ones, so they would gain experience and preform better (optional in multiplayer).
Basically you would have a mission where you would get 8 archers, 4 dwarves (they throw grenades), 12 soldiers, and maybe like 2 berserkers (these guys packed longswords) and would have to do something like find an ancient book, or clear a village of enemies. And it would be hard, because you were usually up against 3 or 4 times the amount you started off with.
There is actually a stage where you get like 8 dwarves, and have to (well they dont force you to, but its kinda hard to avoid them) kill close to 200 enemies. And if you properly micro manage just 3 of them, you can kill all foes.
And the game spawned like 2 sequals.
"ol Chu. That may be in USD but in other places its more expensive (shipping, and currency differences)
Don't forget that not all of us are north americans. "
I, personally, live in NA.
Oh, and BTW...
"Oh no, and Homeworld costs a whooping $10. Enough to make even Bill Gates cry."
I was just saying I'm poor. I have the game. Well, my bro' does, but I've played it.

lol, sorry I replied so late. Myth was one of my first strategy games that got me into the genre, I loved that game, because it was so technical, every place you put your units could change a battle. Such as the archer's arrows would hit your own unit if they were in front of them well they were firing. I have some amazing replays from the first and second game, too bad I have never tried the third one, the Wolf Age, do you know if its any good?
Nah, I never got past the first one. I didn't have the time or money for the 2nd or 3rd. I might pick them up in the summer and try 'em out though.
