True, depends what Anime though. I'm into a few old ones like Detective Conan. I've also come across some that I simply just loved the characters but never had a chance to explore the plot itself more deeply. Take Hunter x Hunter for example.

Oh, and also I didn't really catch what was up with the capitalised "NO". I'll just take it as a rejection to Slash, simply because the story itself involved homosexual relationships. Hell, I mean there's nothing wrong with reading slash. Even you straight guys do it, except you guys read f/f slash. Some of my straight friends read it. Most writers of Slash are straight anyways except writing about the opposite gender.
