Well that also has to do with the fact that IV, V, and VI were all low-budget films. And the effects in IV were the best of that time period. So of course you can't expect it to be as good as it is today, but so what? Their use of miniatures impressed viewers in the 80's, just like effects now impress us, but will still be outdated in 20 years.

In this movie, it was more like...

Yoda > Anakin > Lord Sidious > Count Dooku > Qui Gon Jin > Obi Wan

Anakin was just at a great disadvantage in the last battle.

I was refering to the order that people were trained in the ways of the force.

My problems with this movie:

1.  How do the driods 'fly' off Obi-Wan's ship?  Is he accelerating?  He doesn't appear to be.  Space wind?  I don't think they are that strong.  Gravity?  Non existant that far away from the planet.

2.  How do they shift direction as the ship is turning upside down?  If you have artificial gravity, wouldn't it be pulling you towards the bottom of the ship at all times?  If so then how do they end up sliding towards the side of the ship when it's on its side?

3.  How do Anakin and Obi-Wan not die almost instantly from the intense heat surrounding them as they are fighting literally feet from the lava.  I understand that the hover platforms and driods have shields to protect them from the heat ... but Anakin and Obi-Wan obviously don't and nor is the shield from the platform/driod protecting them.

Meh, whatever.

1. The ship is accelerating, as soon as they lose grip they stop accecerating with the ship.

2. Uhh, let me get back to you on that one.

3. There not on earth...

Yeah ... they're on a planet that looks like it would a lot more ... warm than earth would be. Leading me to believe they should have died sooner to the lava. tongue.gif

If I remember correctly, Anakin set on fire without touching the lava. So technically they would be burning on the droids as well.
