If he is outside of a city for some reason, then that means that the guards would just have that much more time to start shooting you.

First of all, why do u doubt my capabilities when were supposed to be listing what animals we have 2 be? plus my scales can repel all but the most kelvar reinforced bullets.

Yeah, kevlar is a fabric, not a bullet re-inforcement. You might mean steel re-inforced.
