To the people who apply:

I really don't care who gets what position. All I'm asking is that if you decide to sign up, remember it's a responsibility. Don't say you will be active and only help out once a week. If you say things, you should consider the long term process and be dedicated. Too many people have I seen sign up as leaders for clans or positions and then go on a month long "vacation".

What I'd like to see is the DLDB be more organized, especially the wavs section. Maybe you could sort it in a way where we don't have vague titles and make replace author with: submitted by. Just my 2 cents.

That is what I was actually going to consider, If I were to be a DLDB Keeper. I would actually make it more organized. Although I know I won't be considered to be a DLDB Keeper.

I completely agree with you there Revelade. It's kind of like... falling in love maybe. Once the elated feelings wear off, you're still stuck with the pledge that you have made, and by that time you need to have a deeper reason to continue or you're just going to become distant and you'll want nothing more than to get out of what you originally wanted so much.

Whoever's applying to the modding section, I hope that you do more than produce step-by-step tutorials. People aren't going to become ub3R 1337 modders unless they are taught all the reasoning behind why things are done, so that when they need to think of how to do a completely new idea, they can think for themselves how to achieve it instead of asking for a step-by-step tutorial.

I wish I could apply for the modding section, but I just don't have the free time. Anyway, I actually think being a webmaster is much more of a fulfilling hobby, I've already achieved everything I could ever want with modding, there's nothing left for me to achieve with that.

BSTRhino, you should go for the modding position.

You by far are the best modder I know, and I love your doom mods. You know how to script great, and well do everything.

hey man, yoshi, anyways i know i had my problems in the past, but i think personally would think i would be a great DLDB Keeper because, im not as busy as i use to be, and i have been around staredit for awhile since last year, and i know what it takes to not fool around
