Who knows why things happen the way they do? It's a real shame he couldn't get the help he needed because of the current system. But we can all at least be happy for him because he had is family and friends with him at his side. I think at the end of one's life, that's the most you could ever ask for. Farewell, fellow Starcraft gamer.
R.I.P. fellow Starcarft player.
ADDITION:
Well I found some information about him.
Hereyeah i seen that earlier. and thats where i found out he lives in North Carolina.
Wow, just seeing his picture and realizing he was dead made me feel like crying, then I read what he said, and I felt even worse
. The only comfort I have is believing that he is just gone, not in hell or anything, just gone.. Rest In Peace Allan.. I never knew you, but you seem like a great person. Athiest or not, God is with you and I hope you're in a better place..
May the light shine for you and may all your questions be answered...
I give my fullest regards and respect towards the deceased. I would hope everyone else show that and never forget Allan.
R.I.P. 20 years old... Too young.

There is only one thing worse than death, and that is to be forgotten.
November 4th, 2005. Allen Glenn.
If we could only relize how influencial this realistically "useless" Starcraft game that we play, is more then just a game, but a lifeline, a timeline, a piece of us that we need not explain. Starcraft is a gathering, a gathering of different ideas, cultures... We would perhaps, never of meet eachother if it wasn't for this simple game; or the forums and other happenings it has spawned.
Only events such as these, make us see this. Only those who live it, breath it, or have touched it, would ever understand this full meaning and raw application to your life.

ill donate soem more to the CF fund thingy at school
His internet identity lives on. And who says internet gaming is a waste of time?
my parents, but if i was about to die, they would let me play as much as possible...

Cystic Fibrosis is a disease in gene that can occur in a one out of four if both of your parents are carriers of the gene. Unfortunately for Allen, I'm guessing he got that 25% chance and got the disease. I never known Allen, but after reading this thread, I'm truly sorry for Allen and I hope he went to the correct place.
