ha. but think about this: if u flip the letter p upside down, is it still p? i don't take spanish but i think it would be logical to say that the spanish call the upside-down-question-mark something other than an "upside-down-question-mark".
you COULD start a sentence with ?! as in a gesture but that wouldn't make much more sense anyway...

And in Spanish, when a Sentence ends with "!" or "?", the beginning of the sentence has an up-side down one.
Like this:
