I would loose my smell. I think its the least important of the five, besides its stuffed up a lot.

You don't lose the ability to speak completely, you just don't do it as well.

I'd lose my sight, because I can't either live without neither taste nor my ability to hear.

Because I live with music and music live with me. Actually sight isn't that important for me, since the most of things I see I just see to much and my taste about them tear off me.
