Don't over rationalize the status of cool. It's not meant to be smart or just. It's meant for social standing. Most of it is derived from a primitive way of social status. It's evolved through out the years, but it's roots are still the same. There are exceptions to this, but picking on people in general is not of them. So therefore, I voted yes.

I make funny comments only to the losers, and only to those really proud ones that dont get offended. In modern teenage society, if you dont bully, you get bullied.

It's not modern. It's been that way for millions of years (not just humans).

I don't pick on people unless that person is so worth hating that I actually have to pick on him to satisfy myself.

I really like the "cowards pick on the weak" theory. A coward wouldn't be picking on anybody, period. He would only respond or react to being picked on at best.

Back in grade school "picking" was a problem, But incase you have a problem with a bully just grab a gun and pull the trigger.... ORRR, Fight back Even if you will loose, It will show the bully he isnt going to fark with you without a fight.

That isn't true. Statsitics show that about 5% are bullies (I think), 10% are victims (I think) and the other 85% are bystanders. Please correct me if I'm wrong someone!

hmm I know martial arts and should pummel the next guy who attempts to pick on me. K there's this ing who doesn't even know me but tries to pick on me, and think that im this nerd kid whos weak just because one of his friends hates me. That kid who doesnt even know me but tries to pick on me starts to show off to his friends if he does one single ing thing to me. Once he ATTEMPTED TO pull my binder down but failed. He just went up to his friends tried to act cool and said "I knocked down (my name)'s binder." I mean is knocking down a simple binder of somone who doesn't bother to fight him etc. an accomplishment to be proud of!?!? you know I could pummel this kid right now because I know Martial arts (TWO) would it be legal? would I get in trouble? Would this whole thing be worth beating this kid up would it be self defense? grr he pushes me into the locker, and makes up lies that I said junk whatever to his friends after he did it. He acts like pushing somone to the locker is kicking somone's . WEll i could kick his if I wanted to but I don't know if it would be worth it. I dont know if I would be busted hard/ suspended for doing this.

Not necessarily.
It can prevent others from picking on you, or maybe it makes you look cool, it's all society's choice. I know for a fact that I'm more likely to pick on somebody who already gets picked on, rather than a bully.

It's about being a dominant animal. If you've never been in that position, then you could never understand it's benefits.

The 10% that are victims is a variable percentage. Victims come and go, not all of them will remain victims forever, thus allowing for new victims, so everyone gets a chance to be bullied.
