Gir owns. Anyway I am going to scan some of my art soon.... the scanner might be crappy. Im also going to be creating a Manga series, I am planning on being a Manga artist as a profession... but the manga is still in its developing stages. bleh why am i talking

All manga and anime artists are classcially trained. Start working on all other art forms because that's what art employers look for, once you go the job as an illustrator or animator, then you're free to do whatever.

And what is that supposed to be? It looks like crap so it's not an eye candy piece of art. The man isn't even proportionally right, huge head and arms. It's not anything impressive either.
In short it's crap. 2/10 of whatever it is.

Actually, for a paint drawing it's VERY well proportioned. Actually, for any kind of drawing it is.

I have a very good friend who is an artist. I know how a proportional man looks.
Edit: He is just drawing crap and saying "I did this in pain, be amazed". Doesn't work on me.

Dead, the arms fall halfway down the thighs, and the head is 3/4 the size of the torso. Is proportioned fine. I've been proportion drawing for some time now with posable mannequins, and I can tell you that pose is entirely possible.

The shading on that is really good 8/10 the only thing I can suggest is maybe a background and him doing something more than looking at some type of flower

The hair and the face are really good. The body seems a bit off. There's just something a bit unbelievable about the anatomy. This would lead me to guess that you've spent way more time drawing heads/faces than drawing bodies. Happens to the best of us (me included).

Proportionality is always important. v_v
But I think the only problem in that picture above drawnby wizard898 is that the clothing distracts from her form. And her left eye, (right side for viewers), is smaller than the other. It doesn't make sense if that's the eye that's closer to the viewer. ~_~
