I regularly work out. I do work outs with my wrists and forearms. Sometimes I do a short workout with alot of reps, or I do a long workout with slow thought out reps. It's a good workout, and the muscles on either side of my elbows are getting big like popeyes. I'm able to use both hands well because I'm left handed, so I;m able to use both hands well.
