Everyone stop the attacks, I have spoken with the CON admin on their forums and they will stop if you do. If you continue then we'll have a Alliance war. I'll post screenies of exactly what they said if you want.

UAC-MARINE was a member he said he may be in a war and need help. We told him to report back when he was attacked. He never did it appears as though the whole thing was a setup to get him aid without waiting on the new member list. He then attacked one of our members and two other attacked him back in defence. Then your alliance started attacking CON members. I have escalated the war in an effort to present you the facts of why you are attacking a much stronger alliance in order to get you to stop before things get out of hand. We have both been mislead by UAC Marine in an effort for him to gain money from us. I have posts if you wish to see them. I wish nothing but good relation with any alliance but if you continue attacks CON will answer with force. We are nuclear capable and our allies have been notified.
I hope we can end this and start positive relations in the future.

Thats where you are wrong. Gan ning wanted the scam so we played that to do it. It was to be for aid to test the alliance and i got no aid so i said forget con and went to staredit network. I don't see how gan gets off the hook for he was one of the starters of this. He wanted me to do the scam and split it 50/50.

I agree, this IS partly my fualt, and I am I would think just as much at fualt. And I also agree that stopping the fighting is the best course of action.

I have ordered everyone in CON to accept peace if it is offered. If attacks continue they have permission to respond but not to attack again on their own. So basically if you declare peace we will take it. This is my last post tonight I hope to see a peacful beginning tomorrow.

Ok, I except an action from Cyber Council. It looks like our forces have been used by a traitor. I apologize to Hebrin and SgtSimpson which I attacked. I have offered peace and except the same from him.
I'm for alliance peace as well, especially in a dirty case like this. But there is no reason to nuke threat, because you can't nuke any of us anyway. We're a new nation and nobody is over 2k strength.

No real nuke threat just pointing out that our resources surpass your own. I am glad we can put this behind us. I also have signed up for your CN forums I hope I can get a diplomatic mask and maybe we can work on a NAP (Non-Aggression Pact). I feel that CON and Staredit are very similar in nature and we can become good friends.
