The question is, Mimic, are you placing those MCable units on UMS. Because I am pretty damn sure you cannot do it on melee. Some one call in Legacy, he knows everything.

No i tested this like 40 times over.
I will say this ONE last time.
The only player 12 units that can be placed on melee maps and show up in-game are MINERALS, VESPENE, and CRITTERS.
ANYTHING else placed for p12 DOES NOT SHOW UP IN A MELEE GAME.
ADDITION:
ALSO: Sprites can also be placed, but they are not units.
I got it. Just use square tile terrain. Make it so that the only thing they can build around minerals is the nexus/refinery and then far away from that (out of creep range
) make some 2x2 boxes and about 3 or 4 4x3 boxes for gateways. That way for Toss to get buildings, it would be easy. But for zerg to, they would have to build another hatchery over in the other spot in wait for creep to let them build in another 4x3 spot. Terran would be forced to use 3x4 spots for depots, etc.
Imbalanced for protoss.
Hey, that was not a bad idea at all Chu. I think if some1 could really take that out of proportion then it would be the best rig for protoss.

Like i said earlier, you could make a mineral only map, in which players can only get Lings, sunks/rines,bunks/cannons/zealots...
Protoss would own everyone.
Not sure if anyone's mentioned this, as I haven't bothered reading anymore then halfway through Page 2, but to rig Terrans, you can place all player Start Locations right next to each other.
Terrans have the most powerful Peon Rush: all peons do 5 damage, and their 50% high HP makes up for Protoss/Zerg regenerating Health/Shield by a very large margin. Also, the Terrans could lift off their CC to survive the enemy player's peons, while as Hatchery's and Nexi are immobile.

Thats actually a really good idea chu, i think that is one of the most ingenuis things ive heard for general protoss rigging as of yet.

can we possibly get a second tester besides yenku, although i believe him it is apparent that other people still feel otherwise...
He's right, only those units show in melee. Otherwise you could cheat in melee games -.-"

I tested it.
P12 units will not appear.
P12 unit sprites will appear, and can be mind-controlled, etc, like normal units.
P12 pure sprites will appear, but are pointless in terms of gameplay because you can't do anything to them.
Unit sprites and units for other players, including extended players 9-11, will not appear.

wait. whats the difference between player 12 unit spirits, and play 12 units in gameplay terms?
Player 12 sprite-untis will appear in melee.
Sprite-units: Can be pre-disabled, reads differently than units, allows for physical start locations, hp is default over the ums hp you set allowing for X hp over the max and the like, but only in UMS. These owned by p12 will appear in melee games.
Player 12 in the editor is black, player 12 in the game is that.. ugly bluelike colour. :/
