Eh, the last few posts was a bit...tacky. Superficial. Then again, I'm used to places where people swear and flame at each other regularly. Where flames are only suppressed if they get out of hand.

Dude ... you posted your picture on a website.  A public website.  One which anyone can register and post on.  It's just like going to your local super market and pinning an advertisement on the boards.  Most people will ignore it, but it's still public and available for everyone to see.

Well, in this instance I'd agree with you. However, that are copyright problems if you use content off the web for your compositions without having the author's consent.

Oh I didn't realize Tazzy copywrote his pictures. He certainly never stated so.

I was thinking more in terms of artwork submitted to contests and stuff like that. However, IIRC, the act of creating automatically copyrights a person's work under law. A person does not have to specifically state that the work is copyrighted or not, though it does help in legal battles.

I would do her too, she seems normal to me. My high school is full of girls like that. I would call her a normal girl.

The photographer of that does have copyright privileges. And they are allowed to seek out an official copyright statement up to 6 months after the copyright breach occurred.
My older brother has a Batchers degree in photography and runs his own business, so I overhear him talk about this stuff all the time.

However providing people a link to a publicly posted image is no way in breech of any copyright. Its just like Chu's supermarket example, The image is up for public viewing nothing protects people from directing others to the board to point, laugh, jack-off, or whatever at the subject matter of the photograph.

The copyright protects others from selling the image, or reprinting it for there own use.
An example of a copyright breech would be if you took SENs banner and used it on your own webpage or sold it to someone else.
