I live in Latvia(Baltic Republic). I can get my driver license at 18 but so I can buy beer at 18. As I have heard you can buy alcohol only at 21

Meh. I'm 14 and I hate it. Mainly cause I act mature on some fourms (This is not one of them.) and when people ask me my age I try to avoid it cause they'll automatically think i'm retarded, I just relised I can swear, and I think I can "pwn ur as lol buttf*ck". Which is annoying. A clear example is:
On the Hilary Clinton joke. Seriously, it's video game related, a 10 year old should get that joke, since lately all the 10 year olds play GTA.
I think all of them who are 19 or older would be a little better.
