I agree, if you want gret graphics... IT'S THE GAME NOT THE SYSTEM. The gamecube can actually do 8 level texturing while the xbox can do only 4. Take a look at resident evil 4 or metroid prime 1/2... These look AWESOME.

The steam roller comparisn was really bad, kenoli put your xbox under a car... that's what I thought.

Why do people say GC has bad graphics... look at the Metroids... the NEW zelda, even resident evil 4!

People need to understand GC is meant for gaming and Nintendo is not about doing things that has been done many times... (exception is pokemon which they milked to death, redug it from the grave and milked it some more), Nintendo is about making new genres, new ideas, GAMEPLAY <-- the most important part of every game.

All 3 are good systems, however I heard ps2 has some disc reading problems... I'm not shelling out 170 for a system that breaks... although FREE internet is nice... GTA: San Andreas has me pumped... though I will get it on PC... METAL GEAR SOLID MAKES ME ENVY GRR...

Xbox has it's Xbox Live, which Nintendo badly needs... people keep saying Halo as an excuse... but there's halo on PC! It has multiplayer online! Stop using it as an excuse... Halo 2 will probably come to PC, and multiplayer will be free... no worries

GC has METROID PRIME 2, ZELDA, and RES EVIL 4!! You can't get these on PC!

i find it weird taht even though the gamecube discs r smaller the cases r like the same size as ps2 and xbox right?

The gamecube has free online play, just not as much games that support it like the XBOX/PS2. It works with the network and you play through your computer.

Oh yea I also got the screen thingy for the gamecube for the trip we're going on and I have the gameboy player so my GC looks loaded. oO

Xbox's internet is free (if you know where to look). I got Xbox connect and I like playing halo online along with several other games...

I'd have to say that I love the old school systems . The others are just pushing them out the window . But all in all i like the SNES I just wish my controllers still worked, they died from over usage...

The games are build around the limitations of the console. (unless we are talking about dreamcast lol)
Most people only care about how pretty the graphics look, they dont know what really goes into making them look like they do. Ive seen some Xbox games with graphics that push the Xbox but they still dont look so great. Also there are some PS2 games that look really good but its actually just using simple things.

I usually dont use my xbox for games, i mostly use it to store and play music. Its got a huge hard drive.

Definitely not 100% true. Look at Resident Evil for Gamecube and drool... Ok now look at Resident Evil 2 and 3 for Gamecube... notice how they are SAME EXACT PORTS from the Playstation 1 version. Most games do NOT go to the fullest power extent of the system, which is a shame obviously. Games like Resident Evil (1,4), Ninja Gaiden, Halo 2, Metroid (1,2) and the NEW Zelda are ones that do.

Sorry. Games SHOULD be build around the limitations of the system.
You can't judge the graphics of a system by just one of the games.

We need to get the details of the 3 systems and see what one is actually the best.

I dont own any of those Consoles all i have is 2 computers but i'm fine with just that. I like X-box tho I played it alot at my friends house. Halo RULES!

I like Gamecube cuz it's easiesy for me to use and it's the only system i have.

I never really liked Xbox, the thought of getting tendonitis from a ty controller sorta sucks. I think the snes is awsome, best games were for it. I own a ps2 and it does me good now. Most of the xbox games suck, except for my favourite fusion frenzy, and halo. Any other good game for it is ported to another system which it plays better on.

Halo 2, and GTA: San Andreas both will most likely come on the PC as well so...

I'll just stay with my gamecube exclusives.

I love the x-box, but at first i thought it was unreliable, breaks down easy, and it only had sports games,... BUT MAN I WAS WRONG.
