In the future, we wont have houses but rather, living in skyscrapers.
well these houses also tell you your health statyus, self cleaning walls, windows you can move just like your computer screen window, you can just grab it and drag it along the wall. It works like a display of OLED's trhat set transparency in an area that you can move. Not going to come out for a couple years like 10.
That would be awesome

i wont have to say "brb, i gotta go take a crap!"

:D:D:D
In 200 years we will have a robotic army also, they have been working on completely manless tanks, humvees, and other transportational military gear. It is autonomous vehicles that can shoot and move on their own using lots of cameras. Autonomous means that it works completely on its own with no human interaction.
Although it is not a good idea to make the robot be able to think outside of their work.
Why is that? The problem they are running into right now is desiferring the difference between enemies and allies. But all this will come considering they arent planning on ervealing these until 2030+
lol
The enemy robots would be painted a differant color maybe?
the autonomous dont see colors, they read everything in X Y Z and generate a 3D model using objects for them to look at, they would have to use like radar things to make them to see allies.
they CAN of course, differentiate between colors if they have a visible spectrum capturing device. In battle, a person should control the robot to supervise correctness. The robot can do the sub concious things like standing still, balancing body, etc.
If so, then the enemies would just have their tanks the same color as what our robots were told to see as allies then they would never shoot, it would have to be something un-viewable for a human.
Well if radar or whatever was used, people could put the same in theirs to.
In fact, such tactics are used in normal battles with normal people, to. Nothing is going to stop it from happening with robots.
Except that that very tactic can be self defeating, the same reason it doesn't have widespread use today.
If one side made all of their army look exactly like the other side, then sure, the other side would have a hard time identifying friend or foe. Both sides would. It's rather lose-lose.
No, Not radar, it is using radar by putting little dots on their 3D battlefield, Kinda like when you are playing Starcraft the minimap shows the dots of the colors of units. Also a code for each robot would be different. If the enemy guessed the color right, the code would have to be right too. The name of the bot could be added as well, all electronically using radar and reading bots information.
All the robots could be interconnected to one network, and putting massive amount of viruses and hackers on the line; it would rather be illogical to connect to the network. Not even hackers, but AIs that would go in and take over the enemy connected robot.

I dont think the robots would be interconnect to one network. That would be stupid and risky. I'm not even sure if they are going to mass produce robots with AI. People right now are doing it only for manufacturing and entertainment. For example Beck's song, Heck yes.
It would work more like a network of robots that werent connected but able to read each others address, like an IP address, if the read IP address was such and such it would mean that it was an allie, if it was a fake and ditn fit any of the addresses it would be an enemy and it would have the go ahead to fire upon that unit. Also, how would someone control a completely self working machine. Its like trying to take over another human. The only way you could do it as if you created a button where someone could tell it where to go, though we are planning on making them completely autonmous which means this button wont exist, Ex-Manual override.
How is interconnecting them to one network stupid and risky? The battle situation goes through the robots much much faster.
because if that one network somehow went down, then all the robots would be unable to talk to each other, tell whether they are allie and kill each other. Or if it somehow got hacked, they could change the addresses of each robot so they would attack eachother.

Because they could be hacked.
Before they even leave the production plant.
That could be bad.
Then sending messages would be dangerous? Interconnecting them and putting ALLIED HACKERS and VIRUSes on the line would make it effectively able to fight off some hackers.
we would need the best hackers to defend other hackers. the only way to beat a hacker is to be a hacker and think as hacker. Also we need really good blockers and system checkers.
Okay so you could either give them little to no AI and make them depend on signals, which can be jammed/hacked/spied on, and hope that your hackers totally pwn their hackers, or you could just give the robots good AI.

Or use invisibilty cloaks and walk up to everyone one of their tanks with some c4, ba bye tanks. Then walk in and take out all their communications and everything else without anyone knowing.
Yah let's all turn invisible and steal all their techs
While we're at it, let's activate GOD MODE. Boo ya
No, I mean because we are working on the invisible cloak, if we work on it faster, we would generate the product faster. We just need to get it out then we could, I wasnt joking when I said it earlier.
Invisibility cloaks being used for war would be bad
