Yeah, and he repeatly called people Nazi because he thought they said "I like to kill Jews" when they actually said something else.
Then he kept calling me fascist which is ironic because I'm actually more favored toward socialist.
Obviously, the meaning of these words actually relate to killing or deaths of people and the likes. Anyway, the way he cussed wasn't just some "omfg" stuff; it was an attack on the person rather than the post.

First off lets not pretend it is the person who reported him's fault. Reports are a very good way of letting the mods and administrators of this site know what bothers our members. A report doesn't not equal a automatic warning/suspension its simply pointing out something for review by a moderator.
Ihatett had a habit of flaming people as if it was a debate topic. Rather than outright saying "your a stupid ****" He would try to explain why that person is that using most likely unsupported evidence.
For an example if i just replyed to your post with "Whatever, you don't know what your talking about so don't reply" what would you think? You would likely be kind of offended but the moderators would likely overlook the post because I didn't say "Your a damn idiot go hang yourself and rid us of your stupidity". Witch of course the second is a defiant no-no the first should be avoided too. When reviewing Ihatett's post I think AT LEAST half of them were flames similar to the first. So on a post by post situation he wasn't causing problems but if you looked at everything you see all he was doing was stirring up commotion, we don’t need people like that on SEN.
But as yoshi has said, his account was deleted, he wasn’t banned and he is Welcome to comeback and create a new account “hopefully with a new attitude”. He doesn’t even have to tell everyone who he is, giving him truly a fresh start and then you wouldn’t have to worry about Mods having a Bias towards him because we wouldn’t know his identity.

someone* flamed ihatett just as much as ihatett flamed someone, and someone* reported ihatett, ihatett gets his account deleted and someone* is happy with himself/herself, then people start posting rude comments about him that no one needed to know behind his back. That's how I think it worked out.

There are many people who flame more than Ihatett that either haven't been warned at all or had a much longer stay at SEN, NAMELY, Indecisiveman and Salacious (I know there are more but I can't think of them at the moment.
